Carpet Binding & Custom Rugs

Binding is a process that can neatly secures the edges of any carpeting
to create a polished, durable custom area rug to create a clean & completed look. We can bind materials that you already have or we can find or provide materials.
Starts at $3.00/LF

We can also custom seam together differing colors of carpeting to create a custom design. Costs are dependent on how large or how complex the designs would be. Give us a call to receive a quote!
Flooring Repairs

Have a floor that's in need of repair?
Repair services can potentially restore damaged carpet, hardwood,
and vinyl issues by fixing or replacing worn, loose, stained, cracked,
or uneven areas to bring back a clean, safe, and refreshed appearance.

While every situation is different, we make every effort to repair the affected area(s). We always strive to avoid any full floor replacements whenever possible. ​
$150.00 Minimum*
Final estimates provided onsite, once we review the extent of the
repair(s) and/or materials needed.
Flooring Removal/Take-up

Flooring removal is the process of taking up and clearing out existing flooring materials (tile, wood, vinyl, laminate, carpet etc.). This process helps to prepare the space for a clean and efficient new flooring installation.

As with any construction, dust will occur when removing flooring, especially tile. We can typically use machines, to minimize dust, but
you may still see some settling for a few weeks after the installation. Changing your A/C unit air filter(s) afterwards, can also help to reduce
the amount of dust.
Removal needs only - start at:
.50¢ per sqft./ 1st Floor
.75¢ per sqft./ 2nd+ Floors
Final estimates provided onsite, disposal/haul off of the materials are
included in the pricing above. (Removal of the old flooring is typically
included with full flooring installations)
Carpet Re-stretching

Re-stretching removes wrinkles, ripples, and loose areas in carpeting, typically caused in heavy traffic areas, or dragging furniture, pets, or sometimes even a bad installation. Re-stretching restores the floor coverings to a smoother, secure installation, which can improve
both appearance and safety.

While every situation is different, we make every effort to repair the affected areas and avoid replacing the entire floor whenever possible.

Re-stretching is not always possible with some materials. It also
depends on the age and condition of the material.

Floor Leveling

Floor leveling smooths out uneven subfloors to create a flat, stable surface for proper flooring installation, which also results ina more polished and finished result.

The amount of floor leveling depends on what is revealed after the old flooring is removed. Depending on the condition of the subfloor, leveling may be required in order for any materials to be installed properly and covered by the manufacturer's warranties.
