Owner and founder, Dwain Avalos, of East Coast Flooring, has over 27 years of experience in the flooring industry as an independent residential/commercial flooring subcontractor in the Orlando, Florida area. Over the past 27 years, he's gained an esteemed and trust-worthy reputation for his impeccable and quality flooring installations and craftsmanship. He's also well-known for his exemplary client-relation rapport in the flooring business community. He's dealt with numerous flooring issues, and has become a go-to expert and flooring consultant in the Orlando, FL area.

​Sales & Business Development Manager, Bruce M. Sampaio, has an established 34 years of experience in the flooring industry. Mr. Sampaio’s experience includes, managing and operating a local flooring store, in addition to flooring sales for over 22 years. He also has 7 years of residential and commercial flooring installation experience.
